Field Sales Associate (Jr. Sales Development Officer)

Take ownership of a growing territory across Caraga region: Agusan Del Sur and Agusan Del Norte.

This role requires frequent multi‑day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.

Other responsibilities include:

• Acquire new accounts and reactivate inactive clients to grow territory reach
• Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and execution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for sustained growth
• Manage territory coverage, merchandising, and promotions
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely collections, and credit compliance

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Business or Engineering course
• Preferably with 1–2 years of sales experience and a valid motorcycle license.
• Willing to be assigned across Caraga region.
