Verisure is looking for a Field Retentions Engineer to join their team in Luton. This full-time position (40 hours per week) focuses on customer retention through technical assistance and installation of security systems. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting security issues, managing customer relationships, and ensuring product performance. A clean driving license and some experience in a technical or sales role are preferred. Benefits include a company van and uncapped commission.
