· Manage quality related issues from the customers located in North and Central China Region. Mainly for SIC business.
· Verify and resolve customer complaints/request/requirements through coordinating with ST different internal organizations.
· Escalating to manager any matters that can lead to a critical situation with the customer.
· Improve the customer relationship through best supports /communications and quick responses throughout problem solving, continuous monitoring on quality performance.
· Handling customer visit/audit requests.
· Representative for the customer quality meetings.
Profile
· Bachelor or Above degree with more than 5 years working experience relevant to Semiconductor industry domain.
· Technical Knowledge on semiconductor process / Failure Analysis / Problem Solving methodology
