About the Role

Amrize is seeking a versatile and safety-focused Field Operator Relief (B-Operator Relief) to support continuous plant operations at the Exshaw Cement Plant.

This role provides coverage for B-Operators during vacations, absences, and staffing gaps. When not performing relief duties, the role supports Yard operations including housekeeping, material handling, and general plant support.

This is a dynamic, multi-functional position requiring adaptability, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform effectively in both process operations and labour‑intensive environments.
