Field Operator

Position Overview

Full‑time Field Operator to support the Dawson North field. The field consists of sweet/sour well production and a gathering system that transports production to several process facilities in the area. The position requires strong knowledge and experience in the operating and optimization of gas wells, pipeline maintenance, plunger systems, gas lift, and well recovery methods. The successful candidate will be team‑focused, with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. The role requires daytime coverage consisting of 10‑hour shifts working an 8 on – 6 off rotation. Responsibility for on‑call duty.
