We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Excellence Manager to support operational performance and execution across a growing multi-unit QSR restaurant network in the Caribbean.
This role plays a critical part in driving operational consistency, profitability, and performance improvement across multiple markets by identifying operational gaps, implementing structured improvement initiatives, and strengthening execution standards across the field organization.
Candidates with strong international QSR backgrounds - ideally within systems such as Burger King or comparable global franchise brands — are highly encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
$85,000 USD Net Salary (all inclusive)
