FIELD OPER IV - FLD

Execute field operations according to approved operating procedures, technical manuals, and customer requirements.

Perform rig-up, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and rig-down of Baker Hughes field equipment and service tools.

Support drilling, completion, intervention, production, and related field service activities as applicable.

Ensure flawless service delivery and operational performance during all phases of the job.

Verify equipment readiness through pre-job inspections, function testing, and maintenance checks.

Monitor operational parameters and identify potential issues before they impact service delivery.

Assist in making field-level technical decisions to optimize operational efficiency and reduce non-productive time (NPT).

Accurately complete job reports, maintenance records, operational checklists, and customer documentation.
