Position : Field Officer (Medical Representative) Education : B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Pharm / M.Sc Experience : Fresher (Age : <26) Compensation: INR 3,00,000/- Per Year Role Objective: To drive prescription generation and achieve assigned sales targets by effectively promoting thecompany’s products, strengthening doctor and chemist relationships, and ensuring productavailability across the territory. Principal Tasks & Responsibilities 1. Sales & Target Achievement Achieve and consistently surpass the assigned Sales Budget and YPM (Yearly PerformanceMilestone) for the territory. Ensure effective product promotion to generate Rx demand and secondary sales. Personally book orders to maintain adequate stock levels and avoid stock-outs.2.
