Field Materials Coordinator (LEMS Coordinator)

We are seeking an experienced Field Materials Coordinator (LEMS Coordinator) to support our major global industrial organization and their brownfield construction project based in Edmonton, Alberta. This is a long-term, site-based role (40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays as required) supporting field execution, cost control, and material management on a complex industrial program.

The role of the Field Materials Coordinator (LEMS) is responsible for managing material, equipment, labor, and subcontractor data captured through LEMS to ensure accuracy, cost alignment, and schedule support. This position plays a critical role in validating field data, maintaining coding integrity, and supporting project controls, accounting, and construction leadership. You will act as the primary point of contact for LEMS-related matters on site while ensuring strong data governance and audit readiness.
