CBRE Excellerate Newcastle, South Africa is hiring a Handy Man Assistant to support the Handy Man in delivering general maintenance and repair services across multiple client sites. The role involves carpentry, painting, ceiling repairs, dry walling, basic masonry, plumbing and tiling, with flexibility to attend site call-outs.

Bring a Grade 12 or equivalent, 1–2 years' general building experience, a valid driver's license, and comfort using a smartphone to track tasks and report progress.
