**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Field IT Engineer – Executive Services is responsible for delivering high touch technical support to executive leadership, ensuring a seamless, technology experience across all devices and environments. This role requires advanced technical troubleshooting capabilities, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate with urgency, discretion, and precision in high-visibility situations. This position specializes in Apple ecosystem support (macOS, iOS, iCloud) while maintaining a strong proficiency across Windows platforms and enterprise mobility (iPhone and Android). Key responsibilities include proactive executive support, end-user issue resolution, ServiceNow ticket management, and device lifecycle management (imaging, configuration, and replacement).
