Responsibilities

  • The Field Executions Associate Manager is responsible for supervising sales team on the assigned territory.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the sales team.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals through implementation of sales activities.
  • Maintains and nurtures strong partnerships with customers through regular engagements.
  • Works closely with Shopper Marketing Managers, Category Activation Managers and Account/Territory/Distributor Managers for alignment of strategies.
  • Ensures the appropriate allocation and disbursement of campaign/execution funds.
  • Contributes to the creation of long-range strategic plan and annual business plan for the area.
  • Spots opportunities for field executions process improvement or business development.
