Field Engineer

Field Service Engineers are representatives of the organization, performing Installations and maintenance of the devices at the farm. They are responsible for delivering training on the usage of devices and services to the customers, customer representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the regional services engineer of the assigned region
• Handle the Installations/Reinstallations of Equipment
• Troubleshooting and servicing the devices promptly
• Monitoring the customer farms and timely updating the farmers if required
• Provide training to the customer on device functionality and supporting tools
• Provide training to the customer on basic troubleshooting of devices
• Timely visiting the farmer's fields and collecting the feedback
• Supporting R&D activities
• Maintain an excellent working relationship with customers and colleagues
• Regular visits to the farms to enquire about farm needs...
