QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

2.1.1 Graduate of Engineering or allied courses

Proficiency:

2.2.1 Employment certificate or track record of working experience

Additional Skills / Character:

A defensive driver with a valid driving license (Restriction Code A, B)

DUTIES:

Site Survey

2.1.1 Must have an extensive experience in drawing site lay-out with precise measurement

2.1.2 Should find no difficulty generating a comprehensive Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR)

2.1.3 Needs to be well versed in taking site photos with emphasis to pertinent details

Plan & Design

2.2.1 Must have a deep knowledge in CAD drawing; 2D & 3D Modelling, Isometric & Orthographic Projection

BOM/BOQ & Costing

2.3.1 Must be well versed to derive materials to be used from detailed design drawings

2.3.2 Needs knowledge in specifications & standards of materials to be used
