Job Description

What success looks like in this role:

  • L2 (Desktop) ICT support services expertise, both in person and virtually via email, phone, MS Teams etc.

  • Experience in provision of installation and break-fix services for software, desktop hardware, printers, and networking infrastructure.

  • ITIL V3 certified (preferred)

  • Proficient in incident, problem, and risk management practices.

  • Diligent in logging and updating ITSM tickets and records.

  • A high focus on customer satisfaction

  • Skilled in support of Microsoft M365 application suite, and legacy Microsoft applications.

  • Able to support legacy and / or bespoke software platforms with guidance.

  • Able to perform moves, ads and changes (MACs) on a regular basis.
