Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
L2 (Desktop) ICT support services expertise, both in person and virtually via email, phone, MS Teams etc.
Experience in provision of installation and break-fix services for software, desktop hardware, printers, and networking infrastructure.
ITIL V3 certified (preferred)
Proficient in incident, problem, and risk management practices.
Diligent in logging and updating ITSM tickets and records.
A high focus on customer satisfaction
Skilled in support of Microsoft M365 application suite, and legacy Microsoft applications.
Able to support legacy and / or bespoke software platforms with guidance.
Able to perform moves, ads and changes (MACs) on a regular basis.
