Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation and configuration of printers (Laser, DMP, Dot Matrix, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to PCs and printers.
  • Conduct hardware replacement and repairs as required on-site.
  • Provide field support to clients, ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of service calls, parts replaced, and resolutions provided.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards during on-site visits.
