Role Purpose:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide on-site IT hardware and software support across multiple customer locations, ensuring service excellence and adherence to SLAs. To attend customer sites to provide support on IT hardware and software products, within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA). To work efficiently and proactively to deliver IT support services to a wide range of customers.
