Take on the role of Field Engineer with TelcoBridges, based in Boucherville, QC. Liaise with customers to solve technical challenges while enhancing VoIP integration and telecom solutions.
TelcoBridges is seeking a Field Engineer to support our global customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This role requires traveling to client sites for testing and deployment. You'll document solutions, provide training, and support our innovative telecom technologies. A team-oriented approach in a dynamic environment aligned with Agile methodology awaits you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve customer issues effectively
• Document and escalate technical matters to R&D
• Offer technical training session both online and on-site
• Create Ruby scripts for advanced routing
• Provide emergency technical support on rotating shifts
