Responsibilities
Coordinate and track daily labour hours, including cost coding, detailed work descriptions, and attendance notes (., absences, sick time)Prepare and submit daily payroll and material distribution documentationMaintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and subcontractor costsReview project scopes and assist with coordinating and schedulingSupport weekly cost tracking and reporting across lump sum, budget, and time & material projectsAssist site foremen with the preparation of quotes and estimates (cost-plus and lump sum)Track, manage, and return rental equipmentMonitor PPE inventory levels and coordinate procurement from internal and external suppliersEngage with clients to support Change Orders (COs) and Purchase Orders (POs)Review and provide additional details for Purchase Orders as required by administrationSupport monthly work order close-out by reviewing W1...
