Insight Global is seeking three Field Construction Coordinators to support the construction of a new steel mill, including a melt shop, rolling mill, and galvanizing line. These individuals will be embedded with the project team and serve as the key liaison between project management, engineering, and field contractors to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Support daily construction activities by ensuring materials, equipment, tools, and drawings are available prior to work execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, foremen, and project stakeholders to remove field constraints and maintain project productivity.
• Participate in daily coordination meetings and 3-week look-ahead planning sessions to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
• Track action items, equipment deliveries, contractor readiness, and trade coordination activities.
