Field Conductor- SABAH

We are looking for candidates who are interested in the agriculture industry and want hands-on practical learning in oil palm cultivation and estate management.

What you'll be doing

• Assists the Estate Management team in managing the day-to-day field operations, maintenance and upkeep of the overall estate, harvesting and transportation of fresh fruit bunches and infrastructure maintenance and development.
• Aids in the planning and implementation of new ideas/improvements to the overall estate management process and to maximize the production quality of fresh fruit bunches per best agricultural practices and the Company’s strategic direction.
• Proactive in identifying and rectifying any issues that may arise.
• Plans and implements efficient work schedules to achieve goals and targets set by Headquarters, able to adapt plans due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Regular communication and support of Estate Management team.
