Responsibilities:
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of communication systems and supporting infrastructure, including voice, data, SCADA, video, microwave, and satellite equipment.
Assist with project implementation and coordinate with contractors on local telecommunications system installations and maintenance.
Support and provide first-level training to field operations personnel, acting as a liaison between field teams and IT.
