• Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
• Follow up on repayments promises customers of past due payment.
• Identify and escalation uncooperative customers to Legal.

The Ideal Candidate

• Must have a valid Driver's License and owns a Motorcycle
• Field Collection experience preferred but not required
