Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Min. 4-8 years especially in Business Loan Collections Location - AURANGABAD (MAHARASHTRA) Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Collection Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have: ● A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Loans Collections, with a focus on hard collections, including NPA or write-off cases, and handling cases with DPD (Days Past Due) exceeding 180 days. ● The candidate must also be well-versed in managing ticket sizes of a minimum of 7-10 lakhs. ● Being a localite is a requirement for this position, as it involves extensive fieldwork.
