Job Role: Field Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers at assigned locations to collect outstanding payments

  • Ensure timely and accurate cash / digital collections

  • Follow up on overdue accounts and pending payments

  • Maintain daily collection reports and submit them to the supervisor

  • Build and maintain good customer relationships

  • Adhere to company policies, compliance, and ethical collection practices

  • Coordinate with the internal team for dispute resolution and updates

    • Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a field collection role

  • Experience in NBFC / BFSI / Telecom / Utility collections preferred
