An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join the team working for one of the UK's most successful private homecare organisations. Located in Oxfordshire , you will be an effective member of the team taking responsibility of planning, assessing and evaluating the day-to-day care provided by staff to clients in the surrounding area. The base salary is £27-28k plus paid mileage and additional on call. It will be your responsibility to ensure a skilled workforce is in place and safe quality care is being delivered to all clients.
