FIELD ASSISTANTS

Protech are currently seeking Expression of interests for the next Induction for Field Officers to work from the Laidley Depot with the Fire Ant Program through Biosecurity Queensland

This is an ongoing position and will require thorough and effective surveillance and treatment of insect pests through Southern Queensland. 
 
Benefits:
Long term, ongoing roles
Great pay rates – $34 + per hour
Able to work up a 9 day fortnight, Monday to Friday, with an RDO every fortnight, at times, there may be a requirement for weekend work for those who are interested in taking this up
Start and finish times – 6.30am – 3.30pm 
PPE provided
Vehicle provided during work hours

Key Duties: 
Visual surveillance and bait treatment for insects 
Daily reporting tasks, data collection and record keeping on Ipad
Driving Company vehicle
