Field Assistants

ABOUT THE ROLE:

AWX is Seeking Field Assistants to Join the National Fire Ant Eradication Program to help eradicate the invasive species.

ROLE INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS:

• Pay Rate: $34.65 per hour
• Role location: Caboolture
• Start date: Intakes in February and March. 6 month contract with possibility of extension or relocation to another depot.
• MUST have valid driver's licence (Open preferred).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment and drug & alcohol testing.
• A sound level of computer skills and literacy.
• Customer service background advantageous.
• Able to work a 9 day fortnight, Monday to Friday, with every 2nd Monday off. (average of 76 hours in the fortnight)
