Responsibilities

The figure, placed in the Machine Tools Division, will have the task of supporting and managing the installation, commissioning and testing of new products and/or special applications, providing technical assistance and specific training on site or at the customer's premises.

Acting as a bridge between the sales department and the end customer, the Field Application Specialist ensures a perfect integration between customer and product, making sure that the product is used in an optimal way and also providing technical assistance and specific training in the cases required.

The job requires constant in-depth knowledge of the company's devices placed on the market and the monitoring of the condition of machine tools, as well as the ability to provide support to both internal design departments and the company's external service network.
