Engage in the consultation, presentation of technical solutions to prospective customers.
Partner with Account Managers / Product Managers to attend to all pre-sales and post-sales enquiries on technical and infrastructure issues.
Provide timely and professional information to HQ for product issues and improvements.
Attend training of new products and disseminate information to the team members.
Resolve technical problems from the field.
Perform evaluation and optimization of IT equipment.
