About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Field Application Engineer to join our team in Melaka. In this full-time role, you will provide technical support and application engineering expertise to our customers, assisting them in implementing and optimizing our innovative automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer sites to assess requirements and provide tailored automation solutions
• Configure and test automation systems for optimal performance
• Deliver hands-on training and ongoing support to customers
• Collaborate with R&D to identify opportunities and develop new product features
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and technical issues
• Respond promptly to inquiries and troubleshoot technical problems
