Job Responsibilities
Field Application Engineering (Technical Support & Design-In)
Serve as the primary technical expert for ACS products across the assigned territory.
Drive design-in and design-win activities by working closely with customers' R&D and engineering teams from the early concept phase through to mass production.
Conduct technical product presentations, architecture reviews, and training sessions for customers and distribution partners.
Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with global product managers and engineering teams to resolve customer challenges and provide feedback for future product roadmaps.
Develop system-level interconnect proposals tailored to specific applications, such as battery management systems, vehicle controllers, and high-speed I/O interfaces.
