Job Description
In this position, this individual will operate in a matrix capacity in order to provide the application support of automation solution to the targeted industry & customer segments in Vietnam. The person will contribute to generation of service revenue by creating values to customers using his expertise, experience and dedication.
- Provide technical support to customers and partners for the products and applications in charge.
- Collaborate with both sales departments and customers to identify technical requirements, develop solutions and design & develop applications that effectively accomplish customers' needs and objectives.
- Plan, provide and deliver trainings on existing and new products, applications and competitive information for different stakeholders which includes but not limited to customers, partners, sales people, engineers of both OMRON and Business partners.
