This hands-on role involves on-site installation, customer training, and global technical support. Responsibilities:
- Provide service and application support on Syntec products: Industrial Robot, CNC controller, servo drive, etc.
- Handle servicing and troubleshooting machinery with Syntec products
- Deliver product training, demonstrations and technical consultation to customers
- Project based on-site installation for automation project
- Technical Support for Syntec group overseas markets
- Assist & perform other assignments given by Superior as and when required
