This position is responsible for being the face of Trans Global Service, demonstrating enthusiasm while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction!

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with in-home appliance repairs
• Provide customers with courteous and professional in-home servicing of major appliances ensuring adherence to “The Perfect Call”
• Develop skills in conducting appliance diagnostics and complete repairs
• Order parts and ensure inventory supply levels are sufficiently maintained
• Manage local parts inventory including assistance with truck stock
• Provide information to assist customers in obtaining optimum performance of their products
