Job Description

We are currently mobilising a specialist fibre splicing team for a large-scale fibre infrastructure project and are looking for experienced Fibre Splicing Engineers to join us.

Project Scope

  • All ribbons to be spliced onto 16F pigtails with SN‑MT connectors
  • Total scope: 20,736 × 16F ribbon splices with full end-to-end testing
  • Both‑end testing required on all splices

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in 16F ribbon fusion splicing
  • Familiarity with SN‑MT connector systems
  • Competent in OTDR testing and splice loss analysis
  • Ability to work independently to a high standard within a cabinet‑based workflow
  • Experience on large‑scale fibre programmes (data centre, hyperscale, or telecoms infrastructure preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Previous ribbon splicing experience on high‑density cable environments
