Fibre Splicers – Outside Plant Technicians (Brampton / Mono)

We are looking for seasoned outside plant fibre splicers to join our team.

Qualifications

  • Skilled in outside plant fibre splicing (minimum 2 years telecommunications splicing experience)
  • Experience with multi-dwelling units is an asset
  • Must be able to work an on‑call schedule when required (approximately 3 times per year)
  • Must be able to work up to 10‑hour shifts per day plus travel time
  • A strong commitment to safety
  • Good work ethic
  • Pass a criminal record check
  • Valid Class G driver’s licence in good standing
  • Experience safely lifting heavy objects and tools to perform a variety of tasks
  • Experience carrying and climbing an extension ladder
  • Experience working in confined spaces
  • Good organization skills
