Overview

Under the supervision of the Reliability and Predictive Section Manager, you will play a key role in developing and evolving maintenance strategies for all equipment in the Alcoa Deschambault plant sector. You will oversee performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives that have lasting impacts. You will act as an expert in reliability, asset optimization, and predictive methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and host problem‑solving activities (Kaizen, Apollo, problem‑solving teams) and act as a resource in this area.
