Airbus FHS (Flight Hours Services) – Quality Assurance Role
Job Description: Airbus FHS is a service provider for airlines that delivers spare parts and engineering and maintenance services. The job holder guarantees compliance and supports FHS to achieve deliverables Right First Time for continuous customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide advice, analysis and operational statements to FHS teams on regulatory/quality topics and define relevant action plans to support the reduction of FHS parts in quarantine.
- Deploy quality awareness sessions when needed.
- Provide quality support to FHS Safety Management System (SMS) and Component Issue Management (CIM).
- Support the deployment of the Problem Solving methodology and facilitate the resolution of complex Problem Solving issues (9S) with the local FHS teams.
