Reporting to the Fertilizer Trade Manager, the qualified individual will contribute to procurement, trading, risk management, and strategy. Collaborating with the other trade fertilizer team leaders on the overall strategy. Focusing on achieving optimum financial results while building strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, freight providers, and customers. As a key member of the trade team, this position requires strong strategic thinking, market knowledge, and teamwork.
 
Job Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute a comprehensive fertilizer import, trading, and overall strategy.

Identify and act on trading opportunities to optimize the ADM Fertilizer supply chain. Including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.

Lead strategy while partnering with operations, sales, logistics, and customer support to optimize the product lines.
