Fermentation Technician

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Fermentation Technician to join our innovative R&D team focused on developing alternative protein sources. As a technician, you will support the daily operations of our pilot fermentation facility. What you will do:In this role, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of our pilot-scale microbial fermentation plant , working with equipment such as:Bioreactors (5–250 L)Mixing tanksRotary evaporatorsCentrifugesSpray dryersYour main responsibilities will include:Preparing, operating, and cleaning fermentation and downstream processing equipment.Monitoring fermentation processes, collecting samples, and recording process parameters.Supporting senior scientists in microbial biomass and enzyme production projects.Conducting routine lab and equipment maintenance (e.g., cleaning, sterilization, basic...
