Fermentation Technician

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Fermentation Technician to join our innovative R&D team focused on developing alternative protein sources. As a technician, you will support the daily operations of our pilot fermentation facility. What you will do:

In this role, you will assist in the operation and maintenance of our pilot-scale microbial fermentation plant , working with equipment such as:

• Bioreactors (5–250 L)
• Mixing tanks
• Rotary evaporators
• Centrifuges
• Spray dryers

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, operating, and cleaning fermentation and downstream processing equipment.
