This position focuses on improving production quality and stability through CP testing, process monitoring, and technical innovation. Main responsibilities include:
Plan and conduct CP tests with cross-functional teams.Analyze test results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.Monitor daily/monthly production to ensure stable operations.Revise SOPs and technical standards based on operational needs.Propose new equipment, materials, or methods to solve technical issues.Support implementation and handover of new technologies to production teams.
