As a Fence Laborer, you will be working in the field installing various types of agricultural fencing, which includes fence posts, wires, gates, steel fencing, composite fencing, and wood fencing. Your role involves assisting the foreman with tasks such as digging post holes, unloading tools and equipment, lifting fence gates, pouring concrete, and ensuring the construction site is clean.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist the foreman with fence installation tasks.
+ Dig post holes and unload tools and equipment.
+ Lift and install fence gates and pour concrete.
+ Clean up the construction site.
+ Continually lift, stretch, and load equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of construction experience.
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Experience in fence installation, concrete construction, landscaping, skid loader operation, and farming.
