Job Description
- Performing limousine services as per limousine schedule within both; Kingdom of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia as and when required
- Ensuring to provide conscientious customer service and maintaining awareness to details during the period of the service to achieve optimal levels of customer satisfaction
- Preparing vehicle inspection list before limousine service, ensuring a smooth ride for customers
- Handling vehicle movements from and to various locations such as yard, cleaning area and service centers as requested by operations
- Reporting any malfunctions, accidents, breakdowns or incidents to the service coordinator in a timely manner to avoid any operational delays
- Maintaining the assigned vehicle
- Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis
- Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are met at all times
