Ag 1 Source is looking for a Feed Division General Manager for a highly regarded, state-of-the-art, feed manufacturing, delivery and sales organization with multiple locations. The chosen candidate will need a minimum of 10-15 plus years of strong, proven experience, as this role will report directly to the CEO and has the opportunity for company advancement with strong performance. You must have 5+ years of sales management and 5+ years of operational feed mill management experience. Additional dairy industry general knowledge and experience would be a strong plus! This position will manage and oversee the high performing, multi-location, feed-milling department, operations, and nutrition sales division for the organization.
