Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fees Administrator to join a Higher Education organisation based in Central London . This role plays a key part in supporting the finance function through the accurate administration of fees and income, ensuring financial records are maintained correctly and queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day administration of fees and income, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Manage fee and income enquiries through Salesforce, ensuring cases are logged, tracked, and resolved in line with agreed processes
- Maintain and update student and fee records using SITS, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Respond to fee-related queries via phone and email, maintaining clear audit trails
