Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt pick-up and delivery of packages
• Ensure shipments meet Federal Express standards
• Handle customer service inquiries efficiently
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver heavier packages
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with FedEx and Canadian Customs regulations is a plus
