  • Handle front desk reception duties: hotline operator, posts and couriers, parking, and utilities card management, assistance, etc.
  • Provide professional greeting and welcoming with clear and appropriate instruction to company’s visitors.
  • Perform administrative responsibilities such as sorting and handling data entry, making and maintaining documents and reports, working with vendors, etc.
  • Obtain good sense in being open-minded towards digital transformation by interacting with different applications.
  • Activeness in receiving and handling ad hoc job duties as being assigned related to facilities management scope.
  • Positivity is required and initiatives for work’s enhancement are welcome.
  • Maintain safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
  • Comply with the existing guidelines of EHS, Facilities Management.
