Qualifications
- Handle front desk reception duties: hotline operator, posts and couriers, parking, and utilities card management, assistance, etc.
- Provide professional greeting and welcoming with clear and appropriate instruction to company’s visitors.
- Perform administrative responsibilities such as sorting and handling data entry, making and maintaining documents and reports, working with vendors, etc.
- Obtain good sense in being open-minded towards digital transformation by interacting with different applications.
- Activeness in receiving and handling ad hoc job duties as being assigned related to facilities management scope.
- Positivity is required and initiatives for work’s enhancement are welcome.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
- Comply with the existing guidelines of EHS, Facilities Management.
