Job Description

  • Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service
  • Ensure high-quality food service and excellent customer experience
  • Lead, schedule, and monitor F&B staff performance
  • Train new staff on service standards, hygiene, and company policies
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and health regulations
  • Coordinate with Kitchen, Purchasing, and Management teams
  • Control inventory, supplies, and stock levels
  • Assist in menu planning and costing
  • Prepare daily reports, sales summaries, and incident reports
  • Enforce company rules, grooming standards, and discipline
  • Support management in events, banquets, and special functions
  • Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures
