Job Description
- Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service
- Ensure high-quality food service and excellent customer experience
- Lead, schedule, and monitor F&B staff performance
- Train new staff on service standards, hygiene, and company policies
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and health regulations
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Purchasing, and Management teams
- Control inventory, supplies, and stock levels
- Assist in menu planning and costing
- Prepare daily reports, sales summaries, and incident reports
- Enforce company rules, grooming standards, and discipline
- Support management in events, banquets, and special functions
- Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures
